Martina is an established and well known chef. She has worked at starred restaurants and in some of the best private dining rooms in London and further afield.

She is known for her wide range of cooking skills having worked and experienced the cuisines from many different countries. After honing her skills with exams and apprenticeships, she embarked on many private cheffing journeys which included catering for ambassadors in New York and Long Island, high profile clients in their homes around Boston, Nantucket, Gstaad, France and large celebrity parties in London which involved flying in her chef counterparts from a Michelin restaurant in Southern France.

Suffice to say she has seen, and cooked, it all!!
